The Erasmus Mundus Master's of Journalism, Media and Globalisation is a response to a growing need for journalism candidates who think and act across boundaries of nations and cultures. Mundus students combine academic theory with journalistic skills, to analyse, interpret and generate knowledge about the global changes and challenges.
Here you can read the journalistic product of the Mundus Journalism cohort 2019-2021. The articles were written in the course of the second-semester module "Analytical Journalism".
Naturally, one of the most recurring topics in this year's collection is the Coronavirus pandemic that brought the semester to an abrupt end. But there is more: From Power and Populism to Media and Culture to Gender and Sexuality the 23 stories curated on this page offer a fascinating journey through global perspectives. Enjoy!
